The room was nice and comfortable. While we did already have reservations for dinner in the city, I understand that there is an excellent restaurant on site.
Overlooking the Firth of Forth railway bridge, The Hawes Inn by Innkeeper's Collection, is just 20 minutes’ drive from the historical city center of Edinburgh.
An 8-minute drive from Edinburgh Airport, ibis Budget Hotel Edinburgh Park lies just off the City of Edinburgh Bypass and 30 minutes’ walk from Edinburgh Park Train Station.

The room was quite big and had plenty of space. Very clean. Nice being attached to the whetherspoons as it was easy and convenient for cheap meals
A charming stone-built Victorian villa dating back to the 1880s, Corstorphine Lodge Hotel is located on the A8, which links Edinburgh Airport to the city center.

Simple no frills hotel, room was clean & bed comfortable. Older building but that's to be expected in the area. No restaurant on site but lots of options a short walk away. Good value for the price

Easy walk down to the beach. It was an easy ride to the airport the next morning
A nice little get away for a night after a heavy weekend.
A nice little get away for a night after a heavy weekend. Cracking hotel and fantastic views of the 3 bridges over The Forth. Some nice pubs along the way too. Some modern and some with a more local rustic feel.

Queensferry is a lovely place to walk around.
Queensferry is a lovely place to walk around. There are lots of excellent restaurants and coffee shops. I had lunch at the Railbridge Bistro and a lovely dinner at the Thirty Knots restaurant. There are nice little shops to browse in. Queensferry is very near Edinburgh and there is an excellent train service into the city from Dalmeny Station.

Great place to base yourself for trips to Edinburgh or Livingston. Our son loved watching the trains cross the forth rail bridge, the aquarium and the ice cream at the little parlour. Breakfast at down the hatch was also delicious.

On this occasion, I did not stay long but it is a very interesting place with easy access to all parts of Scotland thanks to the Forth Bridges. There are small shops as well as supermarkets and lots of lovely places to eat, most with spectacular views while you eat. I think the best thing is just wandering around on foot, without needing a car, and exploring.

We stayed at Orocco Pier in the middle of the High Street which has fantastic views of the Three Bridges over the Forth River.
Enjoyed a great meal at Scott’s at Port Edgar Marina. Free parking for customers.
Lovely cafes and coffee shops available.
Parking can be difficult but we’ve managed each time we’ve visited.
It was great. The owner was very kind and solved all the problems we had. I couldn't speak much English, but she explained everything to me carefully. And when you go out into the hallway you can hear the parrots whistling. It's very pleasant. The bus stop to Edinburgh was just a 3-minute walk away, so the location was great. It's not a hotel, so it's a bit inconvenient, but the price is reasonable and the owner is a great person, so I'm very satisfied. Thank you very much.
Location was great - S. Queensferry wonderful in and of itself; perfect base for exploring Edinburgh (bus stop just a few steps away). The loft was perfect for our needs; nice kitchen, very comfy queen-size (or maybe king-size?) bed, well-equipped kitchen. Loved the video provided prior as a "user's manual". Every lodging has different systems (access, heat, etc); really appreciated not having to figure out how things work in the Loft.
Overnight hotel before flight from Edinburgh. Great you could park free outside. Excellent price for an airport hotel. Comfortable inside, although hate the bump bump bass of club style music. Was mostly older people in the hotel so a softer music would have been better. Bedroom fine, didn’t need the huge phone on my bedside cabinet. Dinner and drinks nice, staff friendly and helpful.
Everything was perfect from location, staff, very clean and comfortable great communication and shuttle service.
I will highly recommend this hotel.
Will book again without any doubt.
Thank you for great service
A perfect example off high quality service that should be followed by other hotels management's.

The suite was delightful. The beds, pillows, and covers were very good. The breakfast buffet was excellent and reasonably priced. The staff was superb....front desk and servers. The hotel shuttle bus was very convenient to and from the airport. I would stay at the Dakota Edinburgh again. Thank you.
The location was central to Edinburgh, Stirling, and the roads that head to the Highlands. The house was extremely well kept, beautiful, impeccably clean, and had all the modern amenities. The instruction binder on-site was thorough and left no questions unanswered.
Excellent location and views out over the Forth Bridge.
A brilliant bar and the food was outstanding.
The service from all members of staff was brilliant.
Really quiet and clean rooms.
We’ll definitely be recommending the hotel to family and friends.
Wonderful restaurant, beautifully appointed lounge area, attentive staff, ample parking, and a very short and comfortable walk to the waterfront and village restaurants and pubs. Spacious, lovely, clean rooms, with plenty of space in the bathroom.
Lovely welcome, comfortable clean room with fab views. Perfect location for everything we planned. Managed to get free parking a short distance from the property. Plenty of eating places within south queensferry, overall a great stay
This is an old property on the main High St of Queensferry and hence there will always be some imperfections when compared to modern hotels. But the room was great, clean and comfy and the service was excellent.
Perfect in every way ! Queensferry is just amazingly beautiful and charming.
Incredible breakfast, welcoming and lovely host.
Extremely comfortable and just 30mn from Edinburgh.
Would recommand blindfolded !
The location at South Queensferry is stunningly beautiful on a nice night & the staff in the hotel were lovely. The rooms are decorated really tastefully & the indoor bar is nice & cosy for evening drinks.
See above. Carole made us more than welcome and brought extra logs for the fire. South Queensferry is a perfect spot, easy walkable access to Dalmeny Station for a 20 minute trip to Edinburgh.
The hotel is set in a lovely location just below the Forth Rail Bridge. The bridge is absolutely stunning and the hotel views are great. The hotel was recently renovated and it looks great.
Location exceptional. House has character. Hosts extremely friendly and helpful. Abercorn estate and surroundings lovely. Good base for seeing Scotland especially Edinburgh.
